As announced last March, we will be returning to our magnificent Italian château for the NSM in September 2025: the sumptuous Château Vaudreuil!

FAQ
Hotel:

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. We ask that you respect this schedule as the hotel cannot accommodate all early arrivals.

Check-out must be completed before 11 a.m. on the Friday morning. The conference rooms can accommodate your luggage once your check-in has been completed.

Parking is available at the hotel at no extra costs

Onsite activities available: Pool, sauna, whirlpool bath, gym, board games, walking paths on the hotel grounds
Shuttle service:

A shuttle service will be offered from the airport and the train station. This shuttle will be available upon arrival on September 29 along with the departure on October 3.

The return shuttle will be available on October 3rd, as of 12:15 p.m., after the distribution of the lunch boxes.

An arrival shuttle schedule will be provided before the event

One person per group will be designated as leader to assure that everyone boards the correct shuttle.
Meals:

All meals will be provided during the stay at the hotel.

Breakfast and lunch will be served at the hotel's restaurant as a buffet - no coupon is needed. Simply mention the group's name upon arrival and the host will direct you to the correct seating area.

Thursday evening will be our Gala supper. It's the occasion to gather and celebrate. No theme or dress code is mandatory, simply reveal your beauty as you please. Your manager will provide you with 2 drink tickets for the bar, to use during the evening.

Friday's lunch will be provided as a "lunch box", right before the shuttle departure.
